  • Information Support: Recommend labor techniques like breathing exercises, relaxation ​methods, movement, and positioning. Assisting in finding evidence-based information on ​pregnancy and childbirth options.


  • Escort Service: safely accompanying you and your baby from the hospital to your home for a ​smooth transition.


  • Two additional postpartum visits within the first week after birth.

In-Home Labor Support

Post-Birth Support

  • Once your baby arrives, your doula will assist you with freshening up, ensuring you get the nourishment you need, and guiding your baby’s ​first feeding.


Postpartum Follow-Up

  • After you leave the hospital, your doula will visit your home for a postpartum follow-up. She will assess your baby’s latch if breastfeeding, ​offer strategies for soothing a “fussy” baby, and answer all your early parenting questions.
